Job Summary
A healthcare business and operations provider has a current position open for a Remote Credentialed Revenue Integrity Analyst in Oklahoma City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyze & resolve specific billing edits that require HCPCS/CPT coding based on charge master expertise & that are delaying claims
- Identify charging, charge master coding, or clinical documentation issues & work to resolve identified issues
- Serve as charge master liaison to facilitate clinical department education on appropriate charging of CPT codes, Revenue Codes
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Healthcare experience in an acute care hospital or coding experience preferred
- Active certification or licensure as RHIT, CCS, CCP, CPC or other recognized AHIMA certified coding credential
- OR other healthcare related credential such as (but not limited to) LP, LVN or RT
- Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS codes or experience in charging or performing charging validation reviews
