Job Summary
A telecommunications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Credentialed Video Relay Service Sign Language Interpreter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide effective video relay service, video remote interpreting
- Multi task between interpreting effectively and utilizing video-based technology
- Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined by the company and all FCC regulations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Three (3) years Video Relay Service interpreting experience in a call center environment
- Possess fluent ASL and spoken English language skills
- Able to provide accurate interpretation
- Possess a good understanding of Deaf culture
- Possess, as applicable, state licensure or credential requirements
