Job Summary

A mental healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Credentialing Senior Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing a team of 10+ credentialing associates
• Auditing clinician licensing and enrollment information to ensure compliance with state and federal authorities
• Partnering with outsourced vendors to create more efficient credentialing processes

Required Skills:

• Have 5+ years of work experience
• Have experience credentialing and working with CAQH profiles
• Have experience undergoing health plan credentialing audits
• Are knowledgeable of NCQA accreditation and guidelines
• Have experience conducting primary source verification on clinicians
• Have managed a team of 5 or more for at least 1 year
