Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Call Center Representative in Dunedin.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing prompt, friendly and accurate service to internal and external members
  • Delivering personalized service that focuses on individual member needs
  • Identifying and offering products and services that will improve our member’s financial life

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year financial institution experience and call center experience
  • Minimum 1 year Sales experience and similar or related experience
  • Windows based PC computer, 10 key calculator
  • Data entry 30-45 WPM, basic to intermediate computer skills
  • Microsoft Office products to include Outlook
