Job Summary
A mutual insurance company has an open position for a Remote Credit Union Instructional Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating engagement activities
- Utilizing Instructional System Design models (e.g. ADDIE) to produce relevant and targeted training
- Maintaining consistency and accuracy across learning solutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Instructional Design, Adult Education, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in Instructional Design and Development with a strong understanding of adult learning principles, theory, and strategies
- Demonstrated successful experience with eLearning development tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload to complete projects with minimal direction
