Job Summary
A crisis hotline is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Crisis Counselor in Denver.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Receiving calls from people reaching out in a time of crisis
- Answering questions, making referrals, and helping get people set-up with a better plan
- Working with your callers while simultaneously referencing customized call handling processes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- MSW or PsyD, or PhD in behavioral health field OR M.A. or M.S. in behavioral health
- Licensed or registered with your state licensing board
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer and typing proficiency
