Job Summary
A wellness education company is seeking a Remote CRM Hubspot Optimization Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning, drafting, staging, and publishing of a variety of digital content such as blog articles, landing pages, web pages, opt-in forms, and email marketing sequences
- Research, create, test, optimize, and deploy various lead segments, personas, and profiles
- Configure and deploy various campaigns, automation sequences, workflows, and promotions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Demonstrated highly skilled HubSpot expert with a strong understanding of marketing automation, campaign optimization, email marketing, and customer engagement
- Demonstrated interest and passion for health and wellness
- 3+ years of experience in digital, email, and content marketing, with an emphasis on utilizing HubSpot marketing automation and customer relationship management tools
- Expert level knowledge of HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hub (certification preferred)
- Proven general understanding and awareness of the health, nutrition, fitness, and wellness space, particularly industry education and certification
- Ability to assess the performance of various marketing campaigns and promotions and making adjustments or publishing split A/B testing to maximize conversions and ROI
