Job Summary
An insurance program development company has an open position for a Remote CSR and Underwriting Assistant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support both our energized underwriters and our committed independent insurance brokers
- Assist with rating new and renewal business, processing policy endorsements, generating insurance proposals, tracking outstanding items
- Process underwriting risk reports
Qualifications Include:
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong personal time management skills
- Ability to plan work independently
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback
- Intermediate computer and software skills (e.g., MS Excel/Word)
- Ability to focus on service and build relationships with brokers and internal departments
