Job Summary

A business service company is filling a position for a Remote CSR III Technical Customer Service Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing appropriate communication, support, and interface to on-site client base
  • Completing a variety of atypical assignments
  • Providing support related to the operation and maintenance of the assigned client's equipment

Qualifications Include:

  • Successful prior experience delivering services to a on-site client environment
  • PC skills in MS Office applications, Internet navigation
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Basic understanding of network printing, job creation, and submission
  • Demonstrated capability in the maintenance and repair of electronic/electrical/mechanical printing or computer equipment
  • Successful completion of EL CSE test battery including Ishihara Color Vision test
