A publishing company has an open position for a Remote Culinary Content Brief Editor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Editing equipment review briefs
• Looking over and approving commerce editor’s assignments
• Reviewing images when they come in for accuracy

Required Skills:

• Experience designing/running controlled tests and experiments
• Knowledge and understanding of culinary equipment both in and out of professional kitchens
• Strong sense of how visual aids can elucidate written recipe instructions
• Familiarity with food styling and photoshoot variables
