Job Summary
As a part of a doctoral organizational psychology curriculum, this course explores the structure and dynamics of diversity in organizations and their organizational behavior implications. Considers complex dynamics of ethnic, racial, gender and other diversity in organizations using social science and other perspectives, including cultural and subcultural aspects. Uses multiple levels of analysis to explore theory, research and application regarding the nature, role and treatment of differences and the creation of inclusion in the workplace. Requires active involvement in the learning process.
Requirements:
Doctoral degree in Organizational or Industrial Psychology or closely related field
3+ years working in the field of diversity, inclusion, cultural or international relations
Possesses cultural competence in race, gender, ethnic and other forms of diversity.
Preferred:
2 years experience teaching at a graduate level
