Job Summary
A provider of data management software is in need of a Remote Customer Account Manager in Irvine.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and growing the opportunity pipeline for Customer Success
- Maintaining and delivering forecasts and reporting for growth of customer base
- Driving the inorganic growth opportunities, supported by the Customer Success team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or relevant associated degree
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in account management
- Selling into SaaS customer base
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in delivering product demonstrations
