Job Summary
A security technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Advocacy and Reference Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Cultivate a pipeline of customers that align to our key focus areas for reference activities to support sales and marketing
- Nurture high-touch relationships with strategic customers
- Manage and fulfill reference requests, and track outcomes for reporting
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of Customer Advocacy and Marketing related experience
- Strong interviewing and storytelling skills
- Experience building and managing customer reference program
- Experience with Salesforce and reference management platforms such as Reference Edge and Influitive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
