Job Summary

A security technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Advocacy and Reference Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a pipeline of customers that align to our key focus areas for reference activities to support sales and marketing
  • Nurture high-touch relationships with strategic customers
  • Manage and fulfill reference requests, and track outcomes for reporting

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of Customer Advocacy and Marketing related experience
  • Strong interviewing and storytelling skills
  • Experience building and managing customer reference program
  • Experience with Salesforce and reference management platforms such as Reference Edge and Influitive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
