Job Summary

A cloud security company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Advocacy Manager in San Jose.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Recruiting customers to the customer advocacy program and build relationships
  • Managing customer reference requests from marketing, AR/PR, sales, etc
  • Engaging, collecting and rationalizing customer-related information from internal stakeholders

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Storytelling and editorial expertise
  • 3-6 years in B2B technology marketing (cybersecurity experience is a plus) environments
  • Exceptional strategic planning and project management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
