Job Summary

A company securing the cloud and containers has a current position open for a Remote Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Own the customer storytelling program, seeing projects through
  • Develop and nurture strong working relationships with customer-facing employees
  • Strategically plan each touchpoint with a customer, nurturing the relationship

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to influence people to act
  • Ability to engage customers in a dialogue about their business and security needs
  • 4-7 years of customer marketing experience
  • Experience in establishing strong working relationships both internally and externally
  • Outstanding organization skills and a track record of executing with attention to detail
  • A problem solver with an ability to respond rapidly to sales cycle deadlines
