Job Summary
A company securing the cloud and containers has a current position open for a Remote Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager.
Must be able to:
- Own the customer storytelling program, seeing projects through
- Develop and nurture strong working relationships with customer-facing employees
- Strategically plan each touchpoint with a customer, nurturing the relationship
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to influence people to act
- Ability to engage customers in a dialogue about their business and security needs
- 4-7 years of customer marketing experience
- Experience in establishing strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Outstanding organization skills and a track record of executing with attention to detail
- A problem solver with an ability to respond rapidly to sales cycle deadlines
