Job Summary

A global imaging company is seeking a Remote Customer and Field Service Business Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders focused on their strategic priorities
  • Manage the solution delivery via an agile development process within IT
  • Advocates continuous improvement including identification of opportunities

Qualifications Include:

  • 5-15 years related work experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience with design and configuration of MS Dynamics 365
  • Broad knowledge of computer systems and web based services
  • Hands-on experience gathering and writing requirements for business applications
  • Knowledge of deep systems implementation and project management
  • Prior experience in business analysis for functional business services
