Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Associate who will assist pet owners with their insurance needs remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to pet owners via phone, chat, and email regarding insurance policies and claims
  • Educate customers on pet insurance products, explaining policy details and coverage options
  • Assist with the claims process, including submission, updates, and necessary documentation

Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, particularly with claims and policy management
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for remote work
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems
