Job Summary

An HR and benefits service is seeking a Remote Customer Care Client Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing CC Client Specialists (CCCS)
  • Supporting new CC implementations and drive existing client change orders
  • Managing and responding directly to client escalated issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Call center operations management experience
  • Multiple service (DB, HM, HR, Payroll, etc.) business knowledge based on current and projected clients
  • General system environment and process flow
  • Knowledge of Alight Policies, Manager Tools and Resources
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience
