Job Summary
An HR and benefits service is seeking a Remote Customer Care Client Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing CC Client Specialists (CCCS)
- Supporting new CC implementations and drive existing client change orders
- Managing and responding directly to client escalated issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Call center operations management experience
- Multiple service (DB, HM, HR, Payroll, etc.) business knowledge based on current and projected clients
- General system environment and process flow
- Knowledge of Alight Policies, Manager Tools and Resources
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience
