Job Summary

A shopping and comparison platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Care Lending Associate Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Strategically lead Customer Care at Enervee and oversee all aspects of customer service policies
Find the right partner and actively drive outsourcing of Enervee´s Customer Care service
Lead the Customer Care team at Enervee for second level escalation issues and QA

Position Requirements Include:

4+ years experience in managing operational customer service teams
Possesses thorough knowledge of laws and regulations regarding bank back-office functions
Assist borrowers with payments, borrower portal navigation, and tracks borrower complaints for reporting
Track record of success managing customer service and support with an external partner/outsourced partner
Strong understanding and passion for customers and customer care fundamentals
Hands on experience directing a team, achieving & exceeding targets, KPIs, SLAs
