Job Summary

A business transportation solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Care Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing service to customers via telephone and/or electronically
  • Assessing caller’s needs, clarifying information, researching any issue and providing solutions and /or alternatives
  • Handling calls in an efficient manner, minimizing driver/client time to resolve issues

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) competency
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
  • Professional communication with customers via telephone and email
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to work effectively with others and contribute to team task accomplishments
