Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Customer Care Representative in Denver.

Must be able to:

  • Assist national marquee client(s) with our company at Your Service Model
  • Understand and communicate the benefit design packages to members as defined by employer
  • Interact with members verbally and in written form to ensure appropriate engagement is achieved

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written and problem solving skills
  • OR any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
