Job Summary

A computer company is seeking a Remote Customer Care Technology Advisor in Lexington.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing world class customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support
  • Using technical knowledge, creativity, and passion to meet customer needs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Enrolled in participating university
  • Real passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience
  • Able to research and grasp technical information across multiple tools while talking with customers
