Job Summary

Customer support provider is in need of a Remote Customer Champion in Columbia.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding virtually to customer questions and concerns via email and live chat
  • Helping make customers happy and loyal
  • Responding to 40+ emails/live chats in a standard shift
