Job Summary

An IT service company is seeking a Remote Customer Champion Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Writing documentation to help users help themselves
  • Helping customers via email or chat
  • Working with the product team to build tools that will speed up and increase the quality of support at the same time
