Job Summary

A leader in using AI to combat life-threatening vascular and neurovascular conditions is seeking a Remote Customer Collections Representative.

Must be able to:

• Generate SF reports as needed to communicate to management the status of collections
• Escalate communications, when necessary, in a professional manner to ensure positive customer experience
• Document all activity / follow up on accounts and escalations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 1 year of experience with Collections
• Familiarity with SalesForce.com, Excel/Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to problem solve
• Exceptional attention to detail
