A global commerce services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Global Commerce Customer Contact Center Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provideservices using pleasant and professional telephone etiquette
  • Use your commitment to product knowledge

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 6 months relatable customer service experience
  • Must complete US Federal Fingerprint and obtain NCIC Clearance
  • Excels at Written/Verbal Communication
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • PC literate and basic typing skills (at least 25 - 35 wpm)
  • Understand customer service processes and procedures
