Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Skills and Requirements Include:
- 6 months relatable customer service experience
- Must complete US Federal Fingerprint and obtain NCIC Clearance
- Excels at Written/Verbal Communication
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- PC literate and basic typing skills (at least 25 - 35 wpm)
- Understand customer service processes and procedures
