Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Education Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building, leading and driving our Customer Success education strategy
- Launching our customer facing Learning Management System (LMS)
- Facilitating the creation of human-led and virtual certification courses
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of experience building and continuously improving education programs
- A background in training, curriculum development, or something similar
- Experience developing and leading customer education programs
- Experience leveraging a wide range of learning systems and strategies
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
