Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Education Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building, leading and driving our Customer Success education strategy
  • Launching our customer facing Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Facilitating the creation of human-led and virtual certification courses

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years of experience building and continuously improving education programs
  • A background in training, curriculum development, or something similar
  • Experience developing and leading customer education programs
  • Experience leveraging a wide range of learning systems and strategies
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
