- Researching existing learning opportunities
- Overseeing learning development projects (project management)
- Collaborating with audience leadership to determine training deployment requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel globally without restriction
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in a technical customer education business
- Degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or other related discipline
- Demonstrable ability to devise creative methods for the transfer of technical information
- Strong time management, cross functional management, communication, dialoging, questioning, presentation, and writing skills
- Practical experience with prioritizing, scoping, and managing multiple projects
