Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Customer Excellence Product Readiness Project Manager in Atlanta.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Creating and maintaining program resources
• Develoingp project plans for launches that require significant change to current processes and systems
• Managing program dependencies between readiness projects and milestones

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of experience coordinating a program that includes changes to process, people and technology
• 2+ years of experience working with the company platform
• Experience and knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Ability to manage and facilitate meetings to develop plans and achieve intended outcomes
• Ability to influence and/or drive consensus among cross-functional teams
• Experience communicating and presenting to a variety of audiences from project team member to internal partner to executive
