Job Summary

A laundry and dry cleaning company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Experience Advocate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Solve issues quickly and thoroughly for our customers on the phone, email, and social media
  • Turn stressful situations into seamless experiences
  • Strategize how we can provide better service to our customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Are a college grad with a BA/BS
  • 3-5 Years of customer service experience
  • Have solid interpersonal communication skills and endless energy for talking to people
  • Flexibility to work mainly nights and weekends
