Job Summary
An educational company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Experience Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as a representative of and subject matter expert for site and our business
- Engaging directly with customers to provide prompt, personalized, and complete resolutions
- Providing detailed documentation around all customer issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Availability to travel up to one week per quarter for work-related activities and events
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer experience or customer engagement role
- Excellent communication skills
- Must exhibit empathy and compassion for customers
