Job Summary

An educational company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Experience Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as a representative of and subject matter expert for site and our business
  • Engaging directly with customers to provide prompt, personalized, and complete resolutions
  • Providing detailed documentation around all customer issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Availability to travel up to one week per quarter for work-related activities and events
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer experience or customer engagement role
  • Excellent communication skills
