A consumer products company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Experience Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Speak with customers over the phone to help place orders or manage their accounts
  • Deliver above-and-beyond customer service
  • Create instant rapport with customers

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel to the New York office for an in-office day at minimum once per month
  • Clear communicator with excellent reading comprehension and writing skills
  • Excellent computer and technical skills
  • Familiar with e-commerce
