Job Summary
A networking services company is in need of a Remote Customer Experience Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Measuring and understanding the customer experience
- Looking for data outside of the obvious sources
- Using that data to craft a narrative
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience as part of a community or building communities
- Experienced with Google sheets, excel, and airtable
- Experience with customer interviews, unusual data sources, etc
- Ability to create value and execute it in many different environments
- Quick to pick up new databases, tools, and ways of analyzing data
- Excited to get exposure across many different subject matters, functions, and teams
