Job Summary

A food and agriculture company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Experience Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all customer requests and inquiries
  • Utilize available knowledge and resources to resolve issues with a high degree of urgency and effectiveness
  • Identify and removes obstacles in the customer journey and partners with cross-functional teams to implement positive and effective change

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service field - preferably in a startup environment
  • Demonstrates an ability to handle stressful situations with a professional and calm demeanor
  • You are friendly, empathetic, a good listener, and an advocate for our customers
  • Possesses an aptitude for technology and above-average oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent and creative problem-solver with a “get it done” attitude
  • Must be self-motivated, hard-working, well organized and able to communicate within multiple portals
