Job Summary

An online retailer is filling a position for a Remote Customer Experience Data Analyst in Las Vegas.

Must be able to:

  • Support the Head of CX, leading and managing a team of 17 CX team members
  • Strategize and execute on CX operations
  • Develop project and implementation plans for any new or replacement technology tools

Qualifications Include:

  • 7+ years experience in an analytical role in a technology or financial services setting
  • Creativity in solving complex problems, with a constant desire to learn new skills and technologies
  • Desire to excel in fast paced environment utilizing multitasking and project management skills with ability to focus on details
  • Proven ability to deliver on short term and long-term projects while gaining buy-in from partner teams and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly
