A software technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Experience Director.
Must be able to:
- Own the Customer Experience division
- Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client
- Identify up-selling and/or marketing opportunities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years leading customer experience teams
- Experience architecting flows that enhance overall customer experience
- Demonstrated past performance in building and leading teams
- Ability to build reports + interpret and present relevant data
- Experience in digital marketing and customer success
