Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Customer Experience Principal Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Driving the adoption of the platform and introduce new and existing features
  • Removing blockers and ensure a path to long term success
  • Understanding customer pain points to identify if cross sell and/or upsell opportunities exist

Qualifications Include:

  • 10+ years owning retention and maintaining health of multi-million dollar ARR accounts
  • Experience in a relevant industry working in leading roles, owning projects and/or identifying opportunities for expansio
  • Ability to adjust communication style and level of detail based on the seniority of the audience
