Job Summary

A telecommunications company is in need of a Remote Customer Experience Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Act as a resource for billing, programming and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Communicate the value of our products and share ways for customers
  • Establish long-term customer relationships

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
  • Coachable and open to learning new techniques
  • Proficiency to navigate company communications and programs in English
  • Tech savviness with ability to smoothly operate Windows OS desktop computer
