A mobility and logistics hubs company has an open position for a Remote Customer Experience Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints
  • Embracing performance-based targets
  • Maintaining accuracy in both verbal and textual communications

  • Must have previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Must have superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
