Job Summary
A customer satisfaction survey company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Experience Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Have conversations with homeowners to assess their satisfaction level in working with their builder, remodeler or contractor
- Have a friendly, professional disposition and enjoy interacting with people on the phone
- Follow a phone script and be responsible for accurately recording responses to the survey questions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must have access to a desktop or laptop computer (a tablet will not work for this role)
- Must have access to reliable internet
- Friendly, professional disposition
- Listening skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Great understanding of English grammar
