Job Summary

A healthcare services company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Experience Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting Inbound/Outbound phone calls from Members or Providers
  • Conducting surveys related to health assessments and member satisfaction
  • Taking ownership of providing resolutions in real time

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1 year Sales and/or Customer Service experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • 1-3 years experience preferred
  • Preferred Systems training in Microsoft Office, Genesys, Salesforce, Pega, QNXT, CRM, Verint, Kronos or more
