A regional bank and financial services company has an open position for a Remote Customer Experience Senior Leader in New York.

Must be able to:

  • Define, execute and own go-to-market strategy for the company's target segments
  • Define customer experience for the company's merchants – including digital strategy
  • Create go-to-market strategy and drive traffic and revenue to the products working with sales channels

Required Skills:

  • 8 years of Product management & Solution experience in product management
  • 2 in Digital transformation and 2 years experience in merchant acquiring space
  • 5+ years of managing and leading teams
  • Solid Technical UX background
  • Knowledge of Digital transformation tools
