Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Uncovering deep and broad value streams
  • Acting as a mentor and catalyst for the sales team
  • Doing deep dive customer research

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • BA or BS in Engineering, Quality, Business Administration or related field
  • 7—10 years’ experience leading large scale, complex, cross functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated expert level understanding of process mapping/discovery
  • Advanced business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
