A provider of online-based therapy sessions has an open position for a Remote Customer Experience Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Email-based customer support
- Bug Logging and Escalation
- Issue Tracking
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

- Detail oriented and inquisitive
- 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role (retail, customer service, etc)
