Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Customer Experience Subject Matter Expert.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting day-to-day CX strategy and operations
  • Developing, maintaining and evolving applicable CX standards, conceptual models and processes
  • Supplying to the evolution of the broader org and CX team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Attend office events, team outings, and happy hours
  • Minimum MS degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Survey Methodology, or a focused MBA on marketing
  • 5-7 years CX design experience
  • 3+ years of experience running CX design resources
  • Experience managing a team while directly delivering against the CX process
