Job Summary
A business solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Experience Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements
- Anticipating escalation and take over calls, when needed
- Answering agent questions regarding best practices or difficult calls
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Call Center Supervisor experience
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point)
- Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems
- Ability to coach, develop, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance
- Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills
