Job Summary

A business solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Experience Supervisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements
  • Anticipating escalation and take over calls, when needed
  • Answering agent questions regarding best practices or difficult calls

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Call Center Supervisor experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems
  • Ability to coach, develop, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance
  • Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills
