Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Experience Support Specialist in Tampa.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Obtaining necessary information from end-users and register the support request in an efficient, accurate and complete fashion
- Working well with Functional and Technical consultants, customers, and project team members to help support ticket resolution
- Being responsible for initial triage of issues via phone, ticketing system, chat & working with team members to drive customer resolution
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 or 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong customer service skills with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to work with complex situations
