A men's apparel and fashion outfitter needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Experience Team Member.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review customer service escalations and opportunities to improve in the future
- Direct inbound communications from all channels, windows, and doors to the appropriate party
- Answer and maintain response time goals across all customer interaction touch point
