A men's apparel and fashion outfitter needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Experience Team Member.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Review customer service escalations and opportunities to improve in the future
  • Direct inbound communications from all channels, windows, and doors to the appropriate party
  • Answer and maintain response time goals across all customer interaction touch point
