Job Summary

A customer experience technology and marketing services provider has an open position for a Remote Customer Experience Technology Client Service Manager in Charlotte.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping initiate and route requests when necessary
  • Ensuring client satisfaction with Mood and our products/services
  • Tracking client service issues to ensure completion

Required Skills:

  • College degree preferred and 1-2 years of Project Management experience or equivalent education/experience
  • Strong working knowledge of client problem solving
  • Ability to manage multiple clients at one time
  • Experience setting appointments
  • Experience working with difficult customers and strong conflict resolution skills
  • Excel, Word and Outlook proficient
