Job Summary

A global pharmaceutical company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Experience Technology Product Owner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as the owner and subject matter expert for customer experience technology
  • Define product roadmap to include future enhances/changes to product(s) to meet customer needs & align to business strategy
  • Work collaboratively with others: business leaders/stakeholder, product owners, customer relationship managers, IT SMEs

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field Or equivalent work experience
  • Typically has 7 years of business and/or relevant technical experience
  • Requires skills in multiple technical environments and knowledge of a specific business area
  • Experience with systems and database administration
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization skills
